Mission Statement

��MORE has adopted Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR) to build people�s capabilities and bring freedom from disabling barriers. MORE works towards making communities inclusive of all marginalised groups and their concerns. This is done by goal oriented deliverables on therapy, pedegogy and Activities of Daily Living Skills (ADLS) that empower children and persons with disabilities (PWD).MORE identifies and trains CBR Workers who visit homes of PWD and initiate discussion amongst family members on the barriers they face. As far as possible family members and neighbours take responsibility for the necessary action. The CBRW acts as a facilitator and gives expert inputs.

Director Bio

Prasad Aluganti I ensure that statutory requirements are complied with. I solicit support from different agencies and donors to visualize, plan and execute programs for the poor and needy people in rural areas. Once program activities become operational I monitor, evaluate and report to various stakeholders. I have played a key role in bringing together a coalition Civil Society Organizations as a platform. I take time off occasionally to provide consultancy services to other organizations both nationally and internationally. My areas of specialization include Education, CBR and Impact Evaluation of NGO interventions. I study NGO governance and group dynamics in people�s movements.

Accommodation Info

We have a meeting hall with capacity of 80 seats, two dormitories separated for ladies and gents in each 15 can accommodate, in between these we have a passage, even we have kitchen and dining hall separately, the dining hall capacity is 20, other than this we have 5 acres of open place with full of water and trees and even we have 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms separated for ladies and gents. Even we have guest room and office room attached in the campus itself.
