Project Profile:
MVF (www.mvfindia.in) operates in Andhra Pradesh and other locations in India, working against child labor and trying to “make education a reality for every child.” Out-of-school children are brought to MVF’s residential “bridge camps,” where they receive free education until they are ready to enter government schools. Partnership History:
MVF has been an Omprakash partner since September, 2007. During the summer of 2008, the organization is receiving books through the Omprakash Book Distribution project.
Need for Volunteers:
MVF can use volunteers to help teach and mentor students at its residential bridge camps.
