Hello ! This is Laura !
I am from Galati, Romania and I lived one year in the United States, going to boarding school. That year definitely changed my outlook on life !
I am person who is very open to new things and new places . I like to think of myself as very ¨international¨.
I have friends from lots of different countries and continents -except from Oceania- and I have travelled quite a lot for the standards of a 17-year old entering her senior year of high school. As of right now, I have seen 10 European countries, the United States, one African country and one South-American country. However, I strive to see all the continents and all the countries in the world. 13 checked, many more to go!
I am also quite obsessed by foreign languages. I now speak Romanian -obviously-, French, English and Spanish (oh well, getting there), but by the end of college I plan to get to 10. Maybe a gap year would help.
I like volunteering a lot because it offers me an outlet for passions which would otherwise go unfulfilled. I love working with children (mainly teaching) and doing youth projects !
