Colby First Year Journey

Welcome! The Colby First Year Journey offers a dedicated space for the Class of 2027 to connect with each other and build community through an ongoing process of sustained personal reflection and peer-to-peer dialogue.  We are so excited to have you join us here.

Your experience within this space will extend from August 2023 until March 2024. It will include asynchronous online content as well as live events (online and in-person), all of which offer you ongoing opportunities for personal reflection and peer-to-peer dialogue about big questions related to identity, community, power, difference, and how to make the most of your college experience.

Over the duration of the program, each participant will share their observations, reflections, and ongoing learning experiences as first-year students working to build a stronger and more inclusive Colby community.
